Had a rat problem in my attic and garage and heard scratching at all hours of the night. Called up Pinnacle and they sent out an inspector who found some openings around the exterior. They set some traps to get the rats out and they sealed everything up. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with similar issues.

Pinnacle is absolutely fantastic! We used to have them at our home in the Sacramento area (they have a branch up there as well) and when we moved to the Bay Area we were super happy that they service the East Bay as well. I can't speak highly enough about Pinnacles customer service, amazing office staff, fantastic on-site technicians who actually CARE about their clients.. This is good old fashioned customer service, the way it SHOULD be... A+!

Literally the easiest company to work with! I have used them for 3 years now! Home infested moving in, not a problem after their treatment. I use them for quarterly service now. The staff are so incredibly kind and professional! It comes from the top! From the person receiving the call to schedule the appointment to the technician ... all are amazing and really try to help! Technician will call when 30 min away and spends as much time as needed for a thorough treatment! They know what they are talking about! Scheduled me the very same day of both times when I was in need of a service immediately! Could not give a higher recommendation!!!

Pinnacle Pest Control saved me again !
I called them and they sent someone out the next day to start service on my Aunts home .
She is elderly and began seeing black widow spiders all over her home .She was lucky enough to see one in her shoe before she put it on ! Anyway ,they came and webbed her entire home and sprayed her home .Im so happy they were able to come so quickly and the price was very reasonable!Thank you Pinnacle Pest !
